Fill out the form provided and forward a W-9 to your designated Flash Funding Capital sales representative. Once authorized, you may recommend a customer through email, phone call or text message directly to your sales contact.
If you refer clients who secure their first loan, you will earn a referral fee of 0.25% based on the total loan amount. Your payment will be processed in the following month after disbursement occurs; hence if your referred client closed their agreement last September, expect to receive compensation by October for that particular transaction. It’s worth noting that there’s an upper limit as well—you can earn up to $2,500 per successful recommendation only and make sure they are introduced pre-application or else it won’t qualify for this incentive program!
Referring new clients to Flash Funding Capital can earn you compensation. A client is considered “new” if they haven’t applied for a loan with us in the last 24 months or closed a previous loan with our company. Referral rewards cannot be earned on personal deals, nor for business entities where you have previously owned shares. We value referral relationships and will do what we can to maintain them; however, referred clients may choose to remove their referrer by submitting written request.
Flash Funding Capital, LLC is acknowledged by the Referring Party as a private money lender that provides real estate investors with funding for non-owner-occupied mortgage loans.
It is the responsibility of the Referring Party to comply fully with state Laws during their business transactions. They must also ensure that they disclose all relevant information truthfully and promptly both to Flash Funding Capital and potential clients. The Referring Party acts as an independent contractor only, without any relationship implying agency status, or co-venturing with Flash Funding Capital. The Referring Party acknowledges being up-to-date on active loans through Flash Funding Capital while informing them about any current criminal convictions or ongoing civil/criminal cases openly. Failure in providing this crucial info will result in removal from their Client referral program plus forfeiture of unpaid fees outstanding so far.
Flash Funding Capital must grant explicit permission for the Referring Party to submit deals on behalf of a family member. Family members have the option to apply through standard retail channels without exception. If there is any personal interest involved, outside of being the Referring Party, Flash Funding Capital should be notified immediately. Personal transactions by the Referring Party will be subject to existing retail pricing standards.
Flash Funding Capital has the authority to exclude a Referring Party from a transaction at any point, which may include complying with the client’s wishes.
The Referring Party is not authorized to solicit, bind or obligate Flash Funding Capital in any contract or transaction – be it for loan replacement purposes or otherwise. The Referring Party must refrain from making representations that suggest having such authority.
Flash Funding Capital holds the right to accept or decline any mortgage loans submitted by Referring Party under Agreement. The final approval of such loans is subject to Flash Funding Capital’s satisfactory assessment of both borrower and property being mortgaged. Additionally, this agreement may be terminated at any time as per Flash Funding Capital’s discretion.
At any point, Flash Funding Capital reserves the right to modify this agreement’s terms. The referral partner shall receive written notice of such changes and may opt either to remain engaged or terminate their partnership accordingly.
